Recent research (with others) on the variation in self-employment rates across ethnic groups in NZ is forthcoming in the Journal of Small Business Management. Current work profiles cohorts of high growth firms in NZ revealing what happens to once their high growth phase has ended. Are they shooting stars, or do they make a more enduring contribution?
